The Bug:

Z-fighting occurs on the tails of wolves when their tails are completely horizontal.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Summon a spotted wolf by using the command provided below.

   /summon minecraft:wolf ~ ~ ~ {variant:"spotted"}

2. Tame the wolf, make it stand, and hurt it until its tail is horizontal.
3. Observe the tail closely.

Observed Behavior:

Z-fighting is present.

Expected Behavior:

No z-fighting would occur.
