What I expected to happen was...:
Volume of jukebox turned down via slider but able to turn it back up again.

What actually happened was...:
jukebox sounds completely stopped no matter where the slider was moved to.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. play on 1.21

2. Put any music disc into jukebox, either on multiplayer or single player

3. Go to Sounds menu and change jukebox/noteblocks volume slider
