When you have over the “Voluntary Exile” advancement in the Adventure tab, it says “Kill a raid captain. Maybe consider staying away from villages for the time being…”, the text in bold is misleading, since raids are no longer triggered by someone killing a raid captain then going to village, thanks to the addition of Ominous Bottles/Ominous Events in 1.21. This text should be altered.
