      Summary

Wolves riding entities do not shake water off of their fur when no longer wet. When the wolf dismounts the entity, it shakes its fur, but reloading the world before attempting this makes the wolf take on the normal (dry) appearance.

      The Bug

Wolves that are riding entities do not remove the water from their fur after they are no longer being affected by water (e.g. rain). They stay dark until the world is reloaded, or they dismount the entity.

If they dismount the entity without reloading the world, the wolf immediately shakes the water off its fur and turns back to a normal color.

If the player rejoins the world, the wolf (still riding the entity) will display the normal color.

      How to Reproduce

      1. Summon a wolf and push it into a boat so that it rides it.
      2. Set the weather to rain using /weather rain, then set it to clear using /weather clear once the dog has gotten darker.
      3. Note how the wolf does not shake its fur. When it gets out of the boat, the wolf shakes its fur.

Reloading the world after setting the weather to clear gives the wolf a normal appearance.

      Observed Result

The wolf does not shake its fur until it dismounts the entity it is riding.

      Expected Result

The wolf should be able to shake its fur even while riding an entity.
