Hi. I believe I have a GPU issue here. I'm having RTX 4090 and when playing in the world (seed 5701040271380216208) at these specific coordinates (screenshots attached) you can clearly see that when I look left I have 120 fps, gpu is 21% loaded, 10% gpu ram used (2.4gb), and when I look right it's 9 fps, 100% gpu used, and 100% gpu used (24gb).

My understanding is it a performance issue, kindly asking to look into. Thanks!
