Biome ambient loop sounds (such as the ones in the nether) stop passively playing until the player either rejoins their world, restarts the game entirely or enters another biome after reloading resource pack assets.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Turn down all audio sliders other than Ambient/Environment
      2. Enter a Basalt Deltas biome
      3. Reload game assets using F3 + T

      Observed Behavior:

The biome ambient loop audio will stop playing entirely (only the additions audio will play), and not come back on until the player rejoins the world, relaunches the game or enters another biome.

      Expected Result:

The biome ambient loop audio would continue passively playing after the asset reload, or restart again.

      Screenshots/Videos:

May need to turn up device audio to hear.
