TikTok cape design has a miscolored pixel

      There is a blue pixel on the top of the cape which does not match the blue used everywhere else on the texture. This is unlike the red color, which uses the same shade everywhere on the texture.
      The color #35b9bb is used, when #35babe should be used instead.
