The Bug:

Boots with the flow and bolt armor trims don't have any inner textures.

Other armor trims normally have inner textures when applied to boots, however, this isn't the case for flow and bolt armor trims. Additionally, trimmed leggings normally have inner textures, therefore introducing an inconsistency.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Give yourself two sets of netherite boots; one with the flow armor trim, and one with the bolt armor trim by using the commands provided below.

   /give @s minecraft:netherite_boots[minecraft:trim={material:"minecraft:diamond",pattern:"minecraft:flow"}]

   /give @s minecraft:netherite_boots[minecraft:trim={material:"minecraft:diamond",pattern:"minecraft:bolt"}]

2. Equip the boots and begin walking or flying around so that you can see their inner textures.

Observed Behavior:

Boots with the flow and bolt armor trims don't have any inner textures.

Expected Behavior:

Boots with the flow and bolt armor trims would have some kind of inner textures.
