When an axe is used on a waxed exposed, weathered, or oxidized copper bulb, the wax is removed and the Lighten Up achievement is granted (along with the Wax Off achievement, which works as intended).

What I expected to happen was...:
I expected for this action to only give the Wax Off achievement because there is no change in the light level.

What actually happened was...:
I got the Wax Off and Lighten up achievements.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place a waxed copper bulb that has some oxidation (any variant other than unoxidized)

2. Get an axe

3. Right click the waxed copper bulb with the axe. You will get the lighten up and wax off achievements.
