When I'm in spectator mode I notice that Item Frames and Paintings appear in and out of visibility very rapidly. When you're not close to them, they appear invisible. Getting closer causes the murals to appear and disappear rapidly, each time accompanied by the sound that plays when you rotate an item in an item frame. This effect is limited to Spectator mode and doesn't happen with any other gamemode

What I expected to happen was...:

I expected the item frames and paintings to be fully visible from every gamemode

      What actually happened was...:

The aforementioned items glitch in and out of visibility

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Place either a painting or an item frame or both on any wall or surface

      2. Go into Spectator Mode

      3. Being far away will render them invisible while getting closer will cause the glitching as well as the audio cues. These do not require any player input besides being relatively close
