if you want to get the highest level of wind burst,you will need to travel at least 5000 blocks to find 9 trail chambers,using keys to open 45 ominous vault.In the best case you will get three enchanted book of one level wind burst.Because in survival mode,theres no chance to get the highest level naturaly,the only way is to put them into the anvil.I dont think this is the way it should be.
