Wind Burst and wind charges don't affect the player if he wear armor with blast protection enchantment

      If the player has one piece of armor with blast protection, the effect of the wind burst enchantment and wind charge is drastically reduced, but if the player has two or more pieces of armor with this enchantment, the player will not be boosted.
