5. Waited for wolves to spawn.

No striped wolves are spawning in the specified area. Only armadillos are spawning occasionally. The F3 info confirms that wolf spawning is turned ON for grass blocks/coarse dirt in the forest areas of the Wooded Badlands. The passive mob cap is not full. Other passive mobs are spawning correctly.
