The Bug:

The sounds of blocks being brushed always originate from the center of the block.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Perfectly teleport yourself between four blocks by using the command provided below.

   /execute align xyz run tp @s ~ ~ ~ 180 90

2. Obtain a brush and look directly down if not already.
3. Begin brushing and slowly rotate your head 360° and while you're doing this, listen closely to where the sounds re originating from.

Observed Behavior:

The sounds always originate from the center of the block.

Expected Behavior:

The sounds would originate from exactly where the brush is being used.
