      The "/tick freeze" command makes players behave as if the tick rate is set to 20.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Set the tick rate to 1 by using the command provided below.
        /tick rate 1 
      2. Move around and notice how your movement is affected by the tick rate.
      3. Run the tick freeze command by using the command provided below.
        /tick freeze
      4. Move around and observe if you're moving at a tick rate of 1.

      Observed Behavior:

      The "/tick freeze" command makes players behave as if the tick rate is set to 20.

      Expected Behavior:

      The "/tick freeze" command would make players behave in relation to the current tick rate.
