The Bug

Withers and Ender Dragons can destroy Trial Spawners and Vaults. This can create a problem if a Trial Spawner spawns a Wither or and Ender Dragon they would just destroy it. Vaults are on this report as well since there anti-destruction methods are the same as Trial Spawners (Seen in F3)

Reproduce

• Get a Trial Spawner or Vault
• Press F3
• Look at the tags

Observed Result

They didn't have #wither_immune or #dragon_immune tags

Expected Result

They would have the #wither_immune or #dragon_immune tags
