When the game rule spectatorsGenerateChunks is set to false, the spectator mod player cannot break away from the observed creature.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Run the command: /gamerule spectatorsGenerateChunks false
      2. Make sure you are not in a force-loaded/spawn chunk
      3. Place a mob and spectate it
      4. Press the Sneak key (Left Shift by default)

      Observed result:
You do not stop spectating the mob. You can only stop spectating the mob after running /spectate

      Expected result:
      You stop spectating the mob.
