Whenever I try to change items on my pocket edition hot-bar it makes me mine or hit a block.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Have items in the hot bar.
2. try to select the item on the device.

Observed Results:
I noticed that whenever I select items like a sword or axe it wouldn't select it so I would have to spam tap it.

Expected Results:
Not able to pick items
