Respawn Anchor loses charges when returning from the End Dimension.

How to reproduce:

1. Set your spawn point using a Respawn Anchor in the Nether dimension;
2. Travel to the End dimension and then exit through the portal.

Observed result:
The Respawn Anchor has lost one charge even if the player did not die.

Expected result:
The Respawn Anchor does not lose charges upon exiting the End.
