Wind Charge can causes dripleaf recovery quickly when an item dropped to dripleaf and dripleaf is unstable tilt

Steps to Reproduce:

1.Place a dripleaf(dripleaves)on a block(blocks)

2.stand(fly is better)on dripleaf(dripleaves),drop an item(items) onto top of dripleaf(dripleaves)

3.Use Wind Charge(s) on it when dripleaf's(dripleaves') tilt is "Unstable"

Observed Results:

Dripleaf(Dripleaves) recovery instantly!

Expected Results:

Dripleaf(Dripleaves) keep it hanging down!

Notes:

This bug didn't happen while Dripleaf(Dripleaves) tilts are other!
