      Boats move strangely when moving vertically while leashed.

      How to reproduce the bug:

      1. Use the “/setblock ~ 100 ~ dirt” command
      2. Use the "/tp ~ 102 ~" command
      3. Jump and place a boat on the dirt block
      4. Move the boat forward, and leash it
