Hitting an entity with Wind Burst just as you are about to hit the ground still plays a falling sound, and if narration is turned on, is accompanied by "Something fell".
Normally, missing a target after Wind Burst still damages you, so the falling sound and damage still plays. Landing after using a Wind Charge still plays tripping sound with "Something trips" is still appropriate.
This one does not make sense since you are still being launched up in the air, and still did not receive fall damage.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Be sure in the settings to turn on text narrator as well as having the sound turned up to be audible
      2. Place a valid entity that a Mace can hit, Armor Stands are easier to replicate.
      3. Initiate a smash attack to the target either from a height or Wind Charges
      4. As soon as you are really close to the ground, hit the target again.
      5. Repeat as many times as you want

      Observed result:
Falling sound and "Something fell" still plays/displayed after landing a hit and launching yourself up

      Expected result:

The sound and "Something fell" should not activate at all after landing a hit and launching yourself up. Otherwise, it only plays when you actually don't land a hit or miss the target entirely.
