      Hitting a minecart or a boat with a mace enchanted with wind burst will trigger the effect, launching the player upwards. I believe this is a bug, since smash attacks cannot be performed on vehicles, and making use of this enchantment on these entities will trigger MC-272948.

      How to reproduce

      1. Get a mace enchanted with wind burst.
      2. Place a boat.
      3. Launch yourself upwards with a wind charge.
      4. Hit the boat while airborne.

      Expected result
      The player doesn't get launched into the air.

      Observed result
      Wind burst is triggered, even though a smash attack wasn't performed.
