This affects the Wind Burst enchantment most since armor is required to use it without dying. If the player uses Blast Protection armor, the wind burst will be nullified, but if they take the armor off, they'll die as soon as they hit the ground, making the mace completely unusable. The same also applies to wind charges, but to a lesser degree since they can be used safely without armor.
