Hey there. I've been working on an adventure server for a while now that I was looking to update to 1.20.6. Without going into too much detail, players need to be able to place spawn eggs with a UUID tag containing a specific UUID for the spawned entity as a form of identifier. When running the server on 1.20.6, entities spawned with a spawn egg containing a specified UUID via component tags (ex: [entity_data={id:"minecraft:bat",UUID:[I;123,123,123,123]}]) had a random UUID after spawning, which obviously messed up the identifier system. I tried this on single-player vanilla with spawn eggs and armor stands, which produced the same results
