Normally, if you launch yourself with a wind charge and land back on the same surface, you will not take any fall damage, as fall damage only starts accumulating when you fell beyond the initial launch height. This is not true if you attempt to boat clutch upon landing, resulting you in taking damage for no reason.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. launch yourself with a wind charge (in a clear flat area)
2. when about to land, spam on the ground to place a boat before you hit the ground

Expected Results:

the player would not take any fall damage

Observed Results:

the player takes fall damage for no reason
