Music disc textures are not centered properly in the hotbar and inventory

      Despite MC-236117 having been fixed, music disc textures are still not centered properly in the hotbar and inventory.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Get a music disc in your hotbar and/or your inventory.

      Observed result:
      The texture is not centered properly and is offset by 1 pixel.

      Expected result:
      The texture is centered properly.
