I use the term blipping to denote the phenomenon of stepping up blocks while falling into the side of them. In previous versions this was also possible for blocks which you normally couldn't step up to, now that has been patched in this version. As a consequence of this change, it is now possible to perform "blip-ups" again. So performing a blip onto a steppable block while jumping gains height and can be chained to reach arbitrary heights. Previously this was only possible for very low blocks (i.e. carpets, lilypads), but now it seems to be easily possible for all kinds of steppable blocks. I have attached a video of me performing a +1.5 jump using a chain of two blip-ups on a slab.
