      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Leash the boat to a fence.
      2. Go into Creative mode.
      3. Unleash the boat from the fence via the Use Item/Place Block key (usually right-click).

      Observed result:
      The lead drops as an item.

      Expected result:
      The lead does not drop as an item.
