The Bug:

Ender pearls deal no damage to their owners after switching dimensions and landing.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Throw an ender pearl on the ground and notice how to receive damage upon it landing.
2. Construct a nether portal and throw an ender pearl into the portal.
3. Upon the ender pearl landing and you being teleported, observe if you receive damage.

Expected Behavior:

Ender pearls would deal damage to their owners.
