      In Minecraft 1.16.5, use /summon minecraft:falling_block ~~~ {BlockState:

      {Name: block name}

      ,Time:1,Motion:[0.1d,0.6d,-0.1d]} The block will behave the same way when using /summon minecraft:falling_block ~~~ {BlockState:

      {Name: block name}

      ,Time:1,Motion:[0.1d,0.6d,0.1d]}

      In Minecraft 1.20.6, the above two commands will be combined with /summon minecraft:falling_block ~~~ {BlockState:

      {Name: block name}

      ,Time:1,Motion:[0.0d,0.6d,0.0d]} has the same effect
