How to reproduce (NO STEP! DON'T CLOSE IT)

• Easiest way: Enchant anything, take any book or notch apple(enchanted golden apple). Then, look all items are enchanted in inventory.

• Additional reproduction methods: Look at all enchanted books in the ingredient category. 

The bug: The effect of the enchantments isn't glint either the glint strength is default or max
Expect: The effect of the enchantments is glint (of course)

Note: The MC-272311 is bit different than this bug, the hand in 1st person hand won't effect, but in 3rd person hand will effect.
