      Steps to reproduce:

      1.Create a world.

      2./kill and respawn

      3./fill ~-5 ~-5 ~-5 ~5 ~5 ~5 stone

      4./kill again and respawn.

      Observed result:

      You will respawn in stone and suffocate.

      Expected result:

      You will respawn on the top of the stone.
