For mobs that can't wear armor, ominous trial spawners summon double the amount of mobs and have an extra mob out at once. While this applies to spiders, cave spiders, and silverfish, certain trial spawners don't have an extra breeze out at once when ominous. This issue isn't consistent to reproduce, though it appears to happen way more often in casual gameplay than trial chambers that were just loaded.
