Trial spawners and vaults cannot be waterlogged

      Despite trial spawners and vaults are hollowed and have holes, however they can't be waterlogged.

      Notice the trial spawners can be waterlogged in Bedrock Edition, but the vaults cannot, so I'm created a Bedrock issue for this (MCPE-181801).
