When the Colors setting is disabled in chat settings, the warning that shows if the player tries to place a block at world height will stay red, ignoring the setting entirely. This text does however respect settings like text background opacity.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Go to Options\Chat Settings and disable Colors
      2. Teleport the player to build height
        /tp @p ~ 319 ~

      3. Set a block below the build height
        /setblock ~ ~ ~ dirt

      4. Try and place a block at world height (320)

      Observed Behavior:

The warning "Height limit for building is 319" will show in red text.

      Expected Result:

The warning would respect the Colors setting, and show as white text.
