Quick Charge is not working if the crossbow is off-handed by the player.

If this is an intended feature it should have been mentioned because it is a big change, personally from a balance perspective this feels great, as you'd be dual wielding and it would take longer to load the crossbow. But since it is not consistent with the past versions I'm reporting it as bug.
