Everytime I try to run Minecraft it crashes (issue started to occur about 2 weeks ago)

After Launch window is loaded, I press 'PLAY'

It starts to load then it crashes.

I get 2 pop up windows

      • could not find java.dll
      • could not find Java SE Runtime Environment

Then Minecraft reloads with pop-up window (Game crashed... Exit code: 2)

I have tried to reinstall minecraft and java, but no improvement is observed.
