      The Bug:

Applying bone meal to nylium doesn't always create vegetation at the placement location.

This behavior is inconsistent because when bone meal is applied to grass blocks, some type of vegetation is always spawn at the placement location.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Place down a singular block of any type of nylium and obtain some bone meal.
      2. Apply bone meal to the nylium and if vegetation is created, remove it and repeat step one until you apply bone meal without it spawning any vegetation.

      Observed Behavior:

Applying bone meal to nylium doesn't always create vegetation at the placement location.

      Expected Behavior:

Applying bone meal to nylium would always create vegetation at the placement location.
