When putting the mace in your off hand, it doesn't come off cooldown. I understand that this would be over powered if this worked for double criting but with the mace, and a ......3..... second cooldown I think it is a bug that reloading cooldown in off hand doesn't work.
I expected the mace to reload in off hand so I could use a pearl and wind charge to tp above someone and switch the mace to normal hand to land a wind burst hit.
I believe it should have already loaded in the off hand before I switched it.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put mace in off hand
2. go three blocks above entity
3.Jump and switch to normal hand and left click.
I feel it should recharge in off hand or:
1. You need to reload in normal hand before offhanding to keep cooldown charged
2.Have double the reload time in off hand
3. Just let us reload/cooldown reload normally in off hand
