Discovered while testing MC-271733.
The bug
When viewing the side of still water through glass, it displays a solid colour texture. However, from the bottom or top, it displays the still water texture.
It'd be expected that either the sides would display the still water texture as well (preferable), or the top and bottom would display the flat colour texture.
