Summoning entities through the projectile spawned effect component do not spawn correctly on the projectile, and rather spawn on the coordinates 0 0 0. The same thing happens for "explode", "play_sound", "spawn_particles", and "run function".
Also there might be additional issues with the "run function" component as most commands do not work correctly, even when 0 0 0 is loaded in.
