Blocks visually flicker when broken

      When mining all blocks, they flicker and reappear briefly after being broken. It looks like Bedrock edition! 🤢

      This was not an issue in 1.20.6. It's likely that this is the same issue as MC-271406, but not as noticeable since it's just visual.
