When the gamerule doMobLoot is false, wolves no longer drop their equipped wolf armor upon death

      Summary:
      Prior to 24w05a, wolves would drop their wolf armor even if the gamerule doMobLoot was set to false. However, as of 24w05a, this behavior has changed.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. /gamerule doMobLoot false
      2. Tame a wolf.
      3. Equip it with wolf armor.
      4. /kill @e[type=minecraft:wolf,limit=1,sort=nearest]

      Observed result:
      The wolf did not drop its wolf armor.

      Expected result:
      The wolf should drop its wolf armor, as it did before 24w05a.
