The new "Oxygen Bonus" tooltip for respiration is not descriptive, as it currently uses a generic meaningless value that doesn't tell you anything, despite respiration having actual values that should be listed.

Respiration gives +15 seconds of bonus oxygen per level, so the tooltip should display "+X Seconds of Bonus Oxygen" or just "+X Bonus Oxygen".
