Guardian eye follows the player when game is frozen using the tick command

      Guardian (elder or not) eyes will follow the player when the game is frozen using the /tick command.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Freeze the game 
        /tick freeze
      2. Spawn an elder guardian, or guardian
      3. Walk around it, viewing it's eye

      Observed Behavior:

      The guardian's eye will follow you.

      Expected Result:

      The eye would not follow you, because the game is frozen.
