If you take several items into your inventory using MMB, some of the items may become corrupted and cannot be removed by full inventory clearing (Shit+LMB on the red cell).

The bug is easy to replicate but I haven't found a pattern in its occurrence. Put in a couple dozen different blocks and run through them by pressing MMB.
