World saving taking a long time and causing internal server lag (caused by F-Secure / DeepGuard)

      This issue appears to be caused by F-Secure / DeepGuard and can be fixed by disabling it.

      In 1.20.5 version Im going to my world and I can't play because it says save world evey 10 minutes on right down corner and If it says that the game goes broken for 2 minutes.(For example I can't open chests, When I break a block it doesn't drop anything until the game finishes saving the world).And 1.20.5 version runs a lot slower tahan 1.20.4.

      Is there way to fix it?
