      How to replicate:

      • create a world with cheats enabled
      • use the following command: give @s minecraft:knowledge_book[minecraft:max_stack_size=2] 2
      • make sure you're in survival mode
      • right click with the knowledge books
      • both books will disappear

      Expected Behavior:
      Only one book from the stack is consumed
