      Expected Behavior

      Villagers are unable to trade experimental enchantments when the respective experiments are turned off.

      What I got.

      Villagers without the rework enabled can trade Mace enchantments without the 1.21 experimental features.

      How to reproduce.

      Keep rerolling villager trades until you get a Mace enchantment.
